Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension. Removal of 1 tree to the rear.

To crown reduce 1 x Lime tree to rear of property to allow suitable clearance from adjacent conservatory roof and to to reduce shade impact.

1 x Walnut tree (T1) -reduce over extended branches growing towards conservatory and out over the lawn, removing length of approx 2m, 1 x Mulberry tree (T2) - reduce 2 no. over extended branches by lengths of up to 3m and 1 x Walnut (T3) - reduce trapped branch to about 3 metres with intention of it then dying back naturally.
