Erection of a single storey outbuilding in rear garden, following removal of an existing pergola and Silver Birch tree together replacement of the existing timber fence with a brick wall to rear of new outbuilding.

1 x Elder tree (T1) - remove basal stems to leave a single stem, pollard remaining stem at 2m to encourage regeneration. 1 x Elder tree (T2) - fell and treat stump. To preserve integrity of boundary mesh fencing and brick wall.

1 x Ash tree (T8) - remove stem closest to fence, reduce remaining crown by 50%. 1 x Sycamore tree in shrub group (SG2) - remove.

Replacement of existing fencing to the front boundary including gate and replacement of bicycle storage topped with planters, plus the installation of an additional bicycle storage, and a package box topped with planter.

Application for Rush Common Consent in relation to alterations to the front boundary involving installation of a timber fence on top of a dwarf brick wall with a new timber gate and brick piers together with formation of hardstanding and other landscaping works including installation of new planters and a replacement fruit tree.

1 x Rowan tree - reduce lateral non-primary branches by 1 metre to fence line, 1 x Cherry tree - reduce lateral non-primary branches by 2 metres to fence line, 1 x Sycamore tree - reduce lateral non-primary branches by 2 m to fence line. Trees are located to rear of 97 Clapham Manor Street

One Lime tree to rear of garden which is 1 metre from back boundary fence to be removed. Tree has a hole in the trunk just above ground level. There is a large internal cavity and a rock drop from top of main trunk through this internal cavity. Tree has been inspected by arborist Steve Rixon who has confirmed all of the above and agrees that it should be removed because it will continue to rot, however he was more concerned at the close proximity (approx 6m) to the massive Eucalyptus Tree which was recently reduced by half at 30 Glenfield Road due to being infected by fungus. He suspects that the same fungus is highly likely to be in the root system of our tree.

T1 Lime (x1) - Fell to ground level. Reason: Tree is less than 1m from house and is causing damage to the fence and wall.
