Approval of details pursuant to conditions 14 (Tree) & 45 (Air Quality and Dust Management Plan) of planning permission 19/00744/FUL. The application seeks the redevelopment of 2 sites on the Ashmole Housing Estate as follows: Site 1: Demolition of the existing Tenant's Hall at 2 Meadow Road SW8 1QB and erection of a part 4, part 5 storey building to include a new tenants hall (Use Class D1) at ground floor level and 15 residential flats (Use Class C3) at upper floor levels together with provision of refuse/recycling and cycle storage and associated landscaping. Site 2: Erection of 6 dwelling houses and 9 flats (Use Class C3) and a temporary Tenants Hall (Use Class D1) at site of former garages opposite 47-57 Ebbisham Drive SW8 1UB together with provision of refuse/recycling and cycle storage and associated landscaping) granted 21.01.2021.

Rear of car park and pedestrian footpath. End of the car park trees need to be trimmed back as it is imposing on the block of flats next door as the overgrowing the walkways. All trees at rear of car park will be considerably reduced to bring them back behind boundary lines. They are currently hanging heavily over the pedestrian footpath as well as resting on car park canopy and guttering and hanging over residential properties. G1 - 4xLondon Planes will pollarded. G2. Ash, Elder & Maple will be reduced back behind boundary lines and dead wood removed. The guttering along where the foliage from the trees are blocking will be removed
