T1: x1 Black Poplar tree. Suggested work - cut back by 2m from Cleevedale Place. The tree is approximately 20m in height and situated in the rear of Langham House, Worsopp Drive SW4 9QZ. Reason - the tree is touching 13 Cleevedale Place.

Remove Pyrus salicifolia in back garden to within 3" of ground level. Reduce height and spread of 2 limes in front garden by lengths of no more than 3m. Crown lift small diameter branches to height of 3m. Neighbours' Robinia in front garden: reduce back to fence line and clear overhang of house. Reduce baytree with trimmers.

T1 London Plane tree - Crown reduce to previous pollard points reducing a 15m tree by 5m to leave a 10m tree on all compass points, cut back 3m branches on house by 2m to clear house.

T1 - X Large Eucalyptus in the front garden, 18m. Tree was historically pollarded 8 years ago to 12m, the tree is now touching the house. I recommend pollarding this tree to 12m to previous points T2 - XL Sycamore tree in rear garden, 16m. The tree is causing significant shading to the neighbours to the rear and clients lawn. Crown thin canopy by 30%.

Statement of Work: T1 Sycamore - To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump with appropriate use of herbicide (eco plugs) to prevent regrowth. Medium tree in the front garden growing close to the house with much potential for future growth and therefore damage. Cracks and movement of the retaining wall adjacent to the basement windows already in evidence.

T1: x1 Golden Robinia tree, situated on R/H boundary, approx 6 metres tall. Suggested work - fell to ground level. Reason - due to space restrictions. T2: x1 Gleditsia triacanthos, also situated on R/H boundary nearer house, approx 6.5 metres tall. Suggested work - fell to ground level. Rewason - due to area becoming very congested with other trees.

G1 Ash & Sycamore - To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible. 4 x young trees (2 Ash & 2 Sycamore) self set near the house which will grow into problems. T2 Elder - To re-Pollard back to previous pollard points, removing major deadwood and sever Ivy band around lower 2 metres of stem. T3 Sycamore - Crown lift: to provide approximately 6 metres clearance from ground level. T4 Sycamore - Crown lift: provide approximately 6 metres clearance from ground level. T5 Pear - Crown lift: to provide approximately 6 metres clearance from ground level. T6 Ash - Fell as close to ground level as possible T7 Sycamore - Crown Lift to provide approximately 6 meters clearance from ground level T8 Ash - Crown Lift to provide approximately 6 meters clearance from ground level

Statement of Work: T1 Yew - Crown Reduction - To reduce the height by up to 1 metre and radial spread of the tree by up to 0.6 metres maintaining the shape but keeping it compact and well kept. Medium tree has been well kept and shaped however is in need of general maintenance to keep it from the house and resultant issues. Dimensions currently are approximately 6 metres height and 2.2 metres radial spread.

T1: x1 Acer Located in front garden. Suggested work - thin and reduce crown by 20% - 30%. Reason - due to overall size of tree that is now pushing up against the house.

T1: x1 Liquid Amber, located at the back of the house. Suggested work - tip prune removing approx. 0.5-1m. Thinning out by 10% reducing back some tall stems. Reason - general maintenance. T2: x1 Magnolia Grandiflora. Suggested work - cut back growth points very low down at approx. 2m fence height. Reason - general maintenance. T3: x1 Prunus Avium. Suggested work - crown reduction by 25% - 30%. Thin out by 15% - 20% and reshape. Reason - general maintenance. T4: x1 Strawberry tree. Suggested work - removal of dead wood. Cut back 1.5m from the end of the branches to bring it back to shape. T5: x1 False Acacia. Suggested work - removal of dead branches. Removal of small branch on summerhouse side and take back just above the trunk junction.
