Statement of Work: T1 Sycamore - To carefully section fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump with appropriate use of herbicide (eco plugs) to prevent regrowth. Medium tree in the front garden growing close to the house with much potential for future growth and therefore damage. Cracks and movement of the retaining wall adjacent to the basement windows already in evidence.

Approval of details pursuant to conditions 4 (Basement Method Statement), 6 (Tree Protection Plan) & 7 (Arboricultural Method Statement) of planning permission 22/03111/FUL (Remodelling of the front entrance steps and front steps down to lower ground floor level; the replacement of first and second floor windows to the front elevation; excavation to the rear to expose the three-storey rear bay down to the floor level; extension of existing rear lightwell across the full width of the house; and other associated exterior alterations) granted on 13.12.2022.

Limes x2 at front of house. Pollard/crown reduce to reduce height to approx in line with top of first floor windows. Prune to remove additional co-dominant stems from fork, leaving one to two stems on each tree, to improve shape and reduce shading. Remove epicormic growth.

London Plane tree at the front aspect of house is in need of pollarding due to branches now in contact with the windows of the house and also are now close to the public footpath. The tree is also now causing excessive shading of the house. The plan is to pollard the tree again as this has been previously permitted by Lambeth.

Cabbage Tree Palm in front garden [T1] - fell & uproot due to excessive shading to my basement flat windows. Palm makes access to my front door hazardous due to eye/head level leaves. Palm makes access to flat difficult, limiting the size of goods that can be transported into my home. Creeping St John's Wort in front garden [T2] - uproot due to excessive shading to multiple windows of my basement flat.

Mulberry tree needs periodic crown reduction. Now grown v large since last reduction. Covers my and the neighbours (25A - The Coach House) garden excessively and is getting v close to first floor windows and walls. Heavy shading plus berry dropping rendering garden unusable for extended period in Summer and staining damage. Also trunk sits at 45 degree angle to crown and I need to be prudent in relation to the weight of the tree crown. "The Tree Agency" has advised and will carry out the work. - a suggested reduction of approx 1.5m.
