Condition 24 revised wording: "Within 6 months of first occupation of the non-residential element of the development, as built BRUKL calculations as an output of the National Calculation Method should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority demonstrating that the non-residential development has achieved no less than a 25.5% reduction in carbon emissions over that required by Part L of the Building Regulations 2013".
