2no trees are to be felled to create sufficient space to allow bridge reconstruction to be completed adjacent to location of tree through use of crane. Following completion of the main construction works (bridge replacement) the scheme proposes to replant (like for line qty) tree of the same species. Tree on corner junction of Lilford Road & Carew St requires removal to facilitate works on Lilford Road Rail Underbridge located to the west of the tree. The tree currently causes obstruction to a crane proposed for use for removal of old & installation of a new rail bridge

T1 - T3 - sycamores. Reduce top by 5-6 meters and laterals by 3-4 meters. Reason is to balance trees as they have been cut back to the boundary by he next door development to aid construction access. There is also excessive shading the garden so would like to give the trees a 25% thin. T4 - Robinia. Reduce top by 3-4 meters and laterals by 2.5 - 5 meters. To remove 1 x Elder tree (T12), 1 x Ornamental Pear tree (T13) and 1 x Crab Apple tree (T15) in order to facilitate construction (cycle store).
