1 x Pine tree (T1) - remove, 1 x Sycamore tree (T2) - reduce back branches overhanging properties in Henry Tate Mews by 3.5m or to suitable growth points and remove dead branches. 1 x Oak tree (T3) - reduce back branches overhanging properties in Henry Mews by 3.5m or to suitable growth points and remove dead branches. 1 x Sycamore tree (T4) - reduce to clear neighbouring property by 2-3 m. Trees located on western boundary of Block C (adjacent to properties in Henry Tate Mews). 1 x Sycamore tree (T5) - lift/raise overhang to neighbour by 5- 6 m, plus reduce height by approx. 3-4 m & shape round. 1 x Lime tree (T423) - crown lift to 5.2 metres above ground level, 1 x Horse Chestnut tree (T424) - crown lift to 5.2 metres above ground level (target side only), 1 x Yew tree (T425) - crown lift to 2.5 metres above ground level, 1 x Cider Gum tree (T426) - crown lift to 2.5 metres above ground level (target side only) and 1 x Mulberry tree (T427) - cut back from roof and building to give 2.5 metre clearance. 11 x Hawthorn trees (T5) - reduce the crowns as one unit by 30% leaving 0.75 metres of growth above shed roof for privacy.

1 x broadleave tree to rear of property - reduce crown by 30% and prune overhanging branches to reduce obstruction to path and first floor window and to prevent damage to roof.
