Relocation of stage door, reconfiguration and refurbishment of various back of house areas at The Old Vic theatre, including rehearsal room, access ways, dressing rooms, staff offices, storage and WC facilities, openings in party wall. External lighting along Waterloo Road facade, fixings for signage and installation of plant screen at roof top level and associated works.

The retention of temporary installation of the Jacob Kvist sculpture on the Riverside Terrace until 31st of January 2022; lighting garlands between Royal Festival Hall and SC Office building & Riverside Terrace balustrade and Queen's Walk beacons, uplighting of RFH domes on North and South elevations from 9th January 2022 to the 28th February 2022 (including installation and de-installation) at Southbank Centre.
