Hybrid application for the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a mixed-use development comprising 1) detailed planning application for a new College facility (Class D1) with associated parking, servicing, new public realm, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works and 2) outline planning application for up to 15,000 sqm of College floorspace (Class D1), up to 272 student bed spaces and up to 4,570 sqm of shared workspace (Class B1) with associated parking, servicing and other works.
