T1 London Plane (x1) - Reduce lateral branches on side facing building to give 3m clearance. Reduce side over the road by 2m all the way to the top & blend in with rest of crown. Ensure 1m clearance from street-light. Crown lift to 6m. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T2 London Plane (x1) - (Middle tree) Reduce lateral branches over the road by 2m all the way to the top of the crown and crown lift to 6m. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size. T3 London Plane (x1) - (On left) Reduce lateral branches over the road by 2m all the way to the top of the crown and blend in. Also reduce side facing Metro bank to give 1.5-2m clearance. Crown lift to 6m. Reason: General maintenance. To maintain the tree at a smaller size.

Statement of Work: T9: x1 Cherry Tree - Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres to give a 1 metre clearance from the building. Small tree in contact with the building and in need of a reduction to maintain shape and form.

Lime (T1) - reduce back to previous reduction points. Sycamore (T2) - reduce canopy back by 2m from the tips and crown clean.

It is proposed to fell one dead Cherry tree in the rear garden.

Sycamore Tree, situated to the rear of the property - T1 in pictures and plans. Reduce height by 3.5m from 10.5m to 7m. Reduce lateral spread by 3m from 9m to 6m. Reduction to shape canopy, pruning to suitable points and maintaining natural aesthetic. Work undertaken to bring back to form and improve light conditions for both owner and neighbouring properties. Tree has been reduced previously so work is part of an ongoing maintenance cycle.

Cherry (T1) - reduce canopy by 1m from the tips and crown clean. Ash (T2) - crown reduce by 2m from the tips and crown clean. Both trees located to the rear of the property.
