Knock through the the external wall of dining room (4.8mx3.5m) into an existing conservatory (5mx2.5m) and remove the internal load baring wall between the kitchen (4.8mx2.4m) and the dining room. Update the conservatory roof and install bi-folds to replace the existing windows and walls.
