Reason - extremely large cavity at 1m rendering tree unsafe.

T1 and T2: x2 large Lime trees. Suggested work - crown reduction and removal of deadwood. T3: x1 Elderberry tree. Suggested work - crown reduction, removal of deadwood and overgrown vegitation. Close to the boundary of 1 Stockwell Terrace, SW9 0QD are two large Lime and 1 Elderberry tree. The low level vegetation from these trees overhangs into the public footpath. It is proposed to undertake minor maintenance to remove any vegetation that is growing over the boundary to ensure a minimum clearance of 2.1 metres above the public footpath.
