Requesting permission to carry out the removal of the following trees situated in the garden of 31 Strathbrook Road. 1) Removal of Pittosporum Tree due to growth of trunk impinging on to neighbour's boundary fence and branches also overhanging boundary fence. 2) Removal of Twisted Willow Tree due to growth of trunk impinging on to neighbour's boundary fence and branches also overhanging boundary fence. 3) Removal of Silver Birch Tree due to growth of branches overhanging neighbour's boundary fence.

To crown reduce 1 x Poplar tree to rear of property by 30% and sever ivy to adjacent fence height.

Variation sought: To revise the trees to be removed on the approved layout (condition 4) and revised planting plan (Condition 9) To allow in part, a revised hardstanding layout along with new areas of proposed landscape planting on the Clarence Avenue frontage. To facilitate the implementation of a revised landscaping layout to compensate for the proposed removal of trees T8 and T9 at Clapham Park Medical Practice due to construction constraints at the site.

We inspected this site and noted a large self-set sycamore growing close to the building blocking out natural light and air. This tree has started to impact onto the fence line (see pictures), We advise. T1 - Large Self-set Sycamore - Cut back from property to give 2meter clearance T2 - Small Self-set Ash - Fell as close as possible to ground level and apply herbicide.

Twin stem walnut (Last Pollardedin October 2016) Located at 159 Amesbury Avenue. Old Prunning Scubs and Epicormil Growth to be removed. retain regrowth to be romoved retain regrowth stems (5x2m Lengths) -General Maintanance of Tree OAK inneighbours garden at 180 Barcombe Avenue. Remove one large branch which is coming over into 159 Amebury. Reduce back to boundary Fence/ Signifcant growth point- not to detract from the shape of the tree. -Casting too much shape for small garden

Sycamore (top right corner, NE) - trim branches/pollard because of excessive shading of my garden and next door's garden as well as hanging low over the rear wall which surrounds the allotment. Ash (right side of the garden close to fence) - trim top because it has exceeded the height of the building - 3 stories - and sways in the wind. I believe that left to get much taller it can pose a hazard and at this height has low amenity value. Also x3 Ash close together in garden on left overhanging my garden - trim/pollard because of excessive shading and lack of attention meaning 3 trees are very large and close together with one growing at an unstable angle.

There is a dead tree (pictures provided) in the garden of Flat 2, 29 Telford Avenue just inside the fence with the garden of 31 Telford Avenue. The owners of 31 Telford Avenue have requested removal or cutting down of this dead tree, and they intend to plant a Magnolia tree on their side of the fence to replace this dead tree. The dead tree in question is 5-6 metres into the garden and away from the building of Flat 2.

Alterations to the existing beer garden involving the installation of 3 x timber pergola stuctures and 1 x metal pergola. Erection of new boundary railings and fencing, installation of single stepped raised decking with resin floor treatment and the removal of two small trees.
