Revisions to wording of planning conditions 23 and 24 in order to complete and submit the SAP and BRUKL calculations, the building has to be essentially fully complete in order for air testing to be carried out which is a requirement of the calculations. A period of time then needs to be allowed for the calculation and necessary reports to be completed, followed by a period of time for Lambeth to review and discharge each condition. Condition 24 revised wording: "Within 6 months of first occupation of the non-residential element of the development, as built BRUKL calculations as an output of the National Calculation Method should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority demonstrating that the non-residential development has achieved no less than a 25.5% reduction in carbon emissions over that required by Part L of the Building Regulations 2013".
