Variation sought : 1) New solid timber front door with glazed inset introduced to North elevation for access into property and extra security. 2) Reduction in width of double glazed powder coated aluminium bi-fold doors to north elevation from 5.3m to 5.0m. 3) Bicycle storage position altered from Sheffield floor mounted to Wall mounted. 4) Existing Brise Soleil at second floor level above internal covered terrace to be replaced with solid zinc (copper effect) roof for all year round use. 5) Where new Zinc roof to second floor is located brick on edge detail to be replaced with Zinc drip detail, all parapet brick on edge details are to be retained.
