Observations on a development within the adjoining Borough of Westminster with respect to erection of a two-storey extension including roof-level plant along the Bressenden Place facade to provide a new office entrance pavilion (Class E), the provision of Class E office /retail accommodation, remodelling of the crown of Portland House and creation of a setback rooftop extension to provide office amenity (Class E) and an outdoor terrace, reconfiguration of the second floor plant accommodation fronting Cardinal Place, relocation of the zephyr on Bressenden Place, provision of cycle parking, public realm and associated works at Portland House, Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5BH.

Approval of details pursuant to conditions 3 (schedule of all materials), 4 (water), 5 (surface water drainage), 6 (green roof), 8 (soft landscaping and tree planting) and 11 (method of construction statement) of planning permission 20/04020/FUL (Erection of house on land to the rear of 11 Minehead Road, fronting Hill House Road) granted on 02.06.2021.

T1&2 Limes (x2) - Reduce heights by 8m down to a final pollarded height of 7m. Reason: Trees are very large for its location and client is worried that it may cause damage to the house when trees are in full leaf. It blocks light and causes damage to boundary wall. Squirrels are also accessing the roof from the trees, causing excessive damage to neighbours property.
