Telscombe Town Council obtained an arboricultural consultaion from Aspen Tree Care, who in there email, recommended that all vegitation and overhanging limbs from trees are cut back by at least 2 metres from the property next to this location. They also recommended that the work is completed on an annual basis to prevent vegitation establishing to the same extent again. They finally suggested that in order to facilitate this work, a section of chestnut palling fencing will need to be removed and replaced. We therefore propose the following advice from an Arborist, that all overhanging limbs from trees are cut back by 2 metres, to the locations as highlighted on the attached map
