TG1. Hazel, Ash and Holly Trimming back Hazel growth to boundary, overhanging Tarn Kennels from Woodland to East of Mill Rose Way. Trimming back overhanging branches of 2 x Ash. Felling of 1 x Holly (Fallen/heavily leaning). Reasons: for safety and general maintenance of buildings/fences at Tarn Kennels. Trees have grown/fallen onto buildings. The Ash may well have succumb to Ash dieback and are heavily leaning towards the East. The Holly tree has fallen onto boundary fence and would appear unstable. All works should not affect the integrity or amenity of this boundary stretch of woodland.

T1 Ash - Infected with AD - Fell, retaining 4m stems as habitat. T2 Ash - Infected with AD, Poor unbalanced form - Fell to ground level T3 Elder - damaging boundary fence - Fell to ground level

Lime tree - fell 1 no. branch extending over boundary fence to prevent excessive shading

Telscombe Town Council obtained an arboricultural consultaion from Aspen Tree Care, who in there email, recommended that all vegitation and overhanging limbs from trees are cut back by at least 2 metres from the property next to this location. They also recommended that the work is completed on an annual basis to prevent vegitation establishing to the same extent again. They finally suggested that in order to facilitate this work, a section of chestnut palling fencing will need to be removed and replaced. We therefore propose the following advice from an Arborist, that all overhanging limbs from trees are cut back by 2 metres, to the locations as highlighted on the attached map

T22 SY - Remove Front Stem S1.5m & SW1.5m to reduce overhang over property. T23 SY - Basal Prune to reduce PROW obstruction. T24 FM - Remove Stem reaching over path S0.2, reduce overhang over fence. T26 FM - Crown raise to fork at 1.2m. T28 SY - Standing Dead - Remove. T29 AH - Pollard at 1m. T31 AH - Crown raise to 2m to reduce overhang. T32 AH - Remove front stems S0.3m & SE0.3m & E2m. Remove branch NE1m.

T1 & T2 - to be removed as the neighbours house 23 Downs Walk is completely surrounded on all sides and gets not sunlight at all. The tree, T1, is pushing the fence, this cannot be rectified without moving the property boundary.

Grey Poplar - T1 - Reduce crown by 20% to allow more light into garden and prevent lower branches from falling onto boundary fencing. Tree is exposed to adverse weather conditions as it is on flat ground in field with no other trees for protection. My client has advised that branches have previously snapped off the tree into garden.

Removal of sycamore trees on edge of garden pushing over boundary fence, interfering with telegraph pole and also growing into 60ft Scots pine

2 x Oaks overhanging northern side of the rear garden, cut back by 5m (cutting back to boundary fence line). 1 x Willow, cut back overhanging branch by approximately 2m, back to the boundary fence line. 1 x Hazel coppice in the rear garden re-coppice. Grind out small stumps in garden. 1 x Elder, fell and grind. Reason for the work to be done is that the trees are all encroaching the garden.
