Magnolia Tree - It is proposed to fell the tree and remove all roots prior to investigation of possible damage to the drains / clearing roots which may have penetrated the drains.

T3 - Weeping Elm - remove basal sucker growth and prune away from the building by up to 1 metre (removing 2.5m) T4 - Irish Yew - prune back from building by 1 metre (removing 1.2 metres) and reshape crown by 1.2 metres. T5 - Robinia - crown lift 4 No. limbs over building by 2.5-3.0 metres and remove major deadwood.
