Certificate of lawfulness (proposed): The use of a dwelling house as a childrens care home (Use Class C2) pursuant to the Childrens Act 2000 in which: 1. No more than three children are receiving care at any one time 2. The children in care are aged from 9 to 17 years old with an age range of no more than three years at any one time 3. There are no more than two staff on duty at any one time 4. No room is used as an office and no business meetings of any kind take place 5. No more than three vehicles are parked at or around the home at any one time 6. There will be no internal or external alterations to the property
