G1 - Group of oaks running along property boundary - Reduction of canopy by up to 2m to clear building. Removal of select limbs over car parking spaces (as shown in photographs) and reduction of remaining canopy by up to 2m.

T1 (Silver Birch (Betula pendula)) - selective pruning back towards the boundary line of a mature overhanging tree. This includes the shortening of 2 lateral limbs on the left hand stem (whilst viewing from the garden of 12 Coalport Close) to a suitable growth point around the secondary branch fork.

T1: Dead stump (front of Laurel) - fell to ground level T2: Oak tree on rear boundary with decay in stump from previously removed stem - fell to ground level T3+T4: Small suppressed Oak Tree and Silver Birch drawn spindly stem limited growth potential due to mature pines at rear - fell to ground level T5: Conifer - poor specimen outgrown position - fell to ground level TG1: 3 Small Oak Trees on rear left of garden - 2 outer trees have multiple, included fork unions , misshapen draw laterals and weak structural growth. Recommend removal of outer trees to allow dominant tree to establish

Non-material amendment to planning permission 2021/0296/FUL to include the removal of the chimney, retain buttress to the front, different window sizes, extension detail, boundary wall, heads and cills and surround over side entrance door.

Erection of first floor rear extension and replacement of existing timber fencing/gates to south west, west, north west and part of north east boundary with low level brick wall/railings, metal railings/gates and close boarded fencing. (Revised plans).
