Removal of single storey flat roof extension to west elevation, removal and replacement of existing garage, erection of replacement gates to front, repairs to stone string course and cornice to north elevation and internal alterations including removal of partition walls and blocking up of opening on ground floor. Erection of a single storey front extension and alterations to raise the roof height of existing garage to facilitate the conversion to a bedroom/workshop.
