Shorten long lower lateral to north-west back to previous pruning points - approximately 3m, shorten the two main branches above the paved area and dog kennel by approx 4m to reduce end weight and stress on union, prune to ensure at least 2m clearance of the chimneys and roof Remove epicormic growth to 2.5m.

T1, T2 and T3 (Sorbus trees located at front of property) - Reduce canopies by 1m to contain size and provide an aesthetic shape, crown lift to clear footpaths and road to highways clearance. 2.2m and 5m. To fell T1-T4 Silver birch T5 - T6 Elm - Reduce canopy by 3m to clear roof and guttering

T1 Oak - Undertake a north easterly crown reduction to attain a 2m clearance of the roof and external walls of number 25. Undertake a 2m height reduction to attain a completed height of 12 metres and undertake a 2m canopy reduction to attain a radial canopy spread of 6.5 metres. T2 Sycamore - Undertake a 1.5m height reduction to attain a completed height of 11.5m, undertake a 1.5m radial canopy reduction and remove deadwood.
