T2 Maple (located at 10 Locking Close) - Reduce leader growing towards applicants property back to previous pollard points. T3 Maple (located at 10 Locking Close) - Remove lower limb. To reduce the rest of canopy back away from the property. T4 Oak (located at 25 Cottesmore Road) - Oak Reduce limbs growing out into applicants garden. Reduce the limb back as far as possible to appropriate growth point. Reduce height from 18m to 15m. T5 Oak (located at 27 Cottesmore Road) - Remove lower limb hanging over shed. Reduce canopy facing the applicants property and neighbours from 4.5m to 3m. Reduce the rest of the canopy to match to bring the tree back into a more manageable shape and to rebalance the canopy. Reduce height from 18m to 15m and Crown lift up to 5m. T6 Birch - Reduce height 16m to 13m and reduce canopy by 1.5m all the way round.

T1, T2 and T3 (Sorbus trees located at front of property) - Reduce canopies by 1m to contain size and provide an aesthetic shape, crown lift to clear footpaths and road to highways clearance. 2.2m and 5m. T4 and T5 (Sorbus trees located in the rear of the property) - Reduce canopies by 1m to contain size and provide an aesthetic shape, remove lower limbs encroaching towards neighbours property. T6 (Oak) - Reduce limb growing over neighbours greenhouse back towards boundary and reduce remainder of western canopy to match. Reduce eastern canopy to balance crown and reduce limb to clear garden shed roof. T7 (Silver Birch) - Reduce eastern canopy removing up to 2m of canopy length to clear roof line
