Current entrance to the property relocated from the rear to the non street facing side of the property. Installation of one street facing window the extension to match current size and design of the rest of the dwelling. Street facing elevation to be faced with matching brickwork. Rear and internal (non street facing) elevation to be rendered and painted off white, in keeping with current rear of dwelling. No alterations or additions to current drainage required.
