Variation of condition 2 (plans) of planning permission 2021/0320/FUL to create a new gated vehicular access from Beevor Street at south west corner of site, create a maintenance track adjacent to north west boundary (to the rear of buildings 10 and 11), alter layout of car park D to allow access between buildings 10 and 11 and substitute a vehicular barrier to the access on Beevor Street with gates.
