Internal and external works to facilitate change of use to café and flexible education/multi-use space including demolition of extension to north elevation; erection of replacement two storey extension to north elevation; re-instatement of original entrance to west elevation; reinstatement of original first floor opening to north elevation and erection of new external staircase; replacement of existing windows and doors within east extension; removal and installation of stud walls within east extension to provide kitchen, plant rooms and WCs; installation of stud walls at first floor to create office, store and servery; and installation of new internal reversible platform at ground floor. Re-roofing and repairs to trusses; removal of mechanical and electrical systems and installation of a new electric heating system; repair and reinstatement of existing windows; external re-pointing, stonework repairs and cleaning; and external works to address level changes and damp issues (Listed Building Consent).

Change of use from office, car park and redundant shops to student accommodation (10 clusters) giving a total of 156 beds. Erection of a 5 storey stand-alone building including undercroft in existing car park to rear and an additional 2 floors to the existing building.
