Proposal under section 73 for the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 19 (Materials and finishes) and 21 (Building Regulations Optional Requirement Approved Document) of permission 20/00311/FUL to allow for amended plans to revise the location of the rooflights and to change some window materials. The parent permission being for the conversion of public house and erection of a part one/part two/part three storey rear extension, including raising the original roof height and addition of a rear dormer extension and 5 rooflights to provide 3 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed self-contained flats and 3 x 3 bed terraced townhouses, provision of 9 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling, cycle storage and associated landscaping (as amended under ref 21/03837/FUL).
