The parent permission being for: Re-development of site to create 9 residential units comprising alterations, partial demolition and extension to existing building to provide 1 x 1 bed and 5 x 2 bed self-contained flats and erection of 3 x 3 bed terraced town houses with associated access, seven parking spaces, landscaping and associated works.
