Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 4 (opening times) to to allow for a further 12 months operation of the later opening hours of planning permission 22/01019/FUL the parent permission (09/00231/FUL) being for a variation of condition 4 of planning permission reference 96/01198/FUL dated 25.10.1996 for use of the premises for public house on ground and first floors, with alterations and extensions, which allowed for opening as follows: i) on Mondays to Thursdays from 9am to 11 pm, ii) on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 11.30 pm, iii) on Sundays 9am to 10.30 pm.

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 19 (Materials and finishes) and 21 (Building Regulations Optional Requirement Approved Document) of permission 20/00311/FUL to allow for amended plans to revise the location of the rooflights and to change some window materials. The parent permission being for the conversion of public house and erection of a part one/part two/part three storey rear extension, including raising the original roof height and addition of a rear dormer extension and 5 rooflights to provide 3 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed self-contained flats and 3 x 3 bed terraced townhouses, provision of 9 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling, cycle storage and associated landscaping (as amended under ref 21/03837/FUL).

Application for a minor material amendment to provide for the extension of the opening hours. The proposed opening hours would be from 6am to 11pm Mondays to Sundays. The parent permission being for an application for variation to condition 22 to amend the opening hours of the Clubhouse and associated gym under permission 10/01078/FUL allowed on appeal, in relation to parent permission 00/01547/FUL, which was for a residential development and extensions to the existing Clubhouse.

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of permission 19/01194/FUL to show alterations to roof line with hip to gable roof extension and installation of additional solar panels, enlargement of first floor and alterations to windows, alterations to patio door to add in an additional door. The parent permission being for the demolition of existing veterinary building and garage and the erection of a detached 2 bed. dwelling with associated amenity space, parking, cycle and bin storage. (amended design following refusal of application 19/00183/FUL)

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and 5(Design and access statement) of permission 21/02573/FUL to allow for amended plans to increase the height and area of the dwelling as well as changes to the fenestration. The parent permission being for the erection of 1 x 3 bed dwelling with Associated Private Amenity Space, Car Parking, Cycle and Waste Storage (amended plans include infill front extension).

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of permission 21/00760/FUL to allow for amended plans to show a hip to gable roof extension and internal layout changes to the ground floor. The parent permission being for the demolition of existing garage, erection of a 3 bed attached house incorporating a basement level, and provision of a basement level to the existing dwelling, together with 2 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling storage area and amenity space.

Application under section 73 for the variation of condition 3 on permission 09/00231/FUL to allow for the opening hours to be extended to between 0800 and 0000 Monday to Sunday. Application for a minor material amendment to allow the variation of Condition 3 (Materials) to parent permission 20/01118/FUL. The parent permission being for: Construction of a 3/4 storey rear extension to no. 80 to provide a 16 bedroom HMO with provision of cycle and bin storage areas and fenestration changes. Provision of green sedum roof covering on existing flat roof extension at no. 78 with fenestration changes. Alterations to rear walkway and external staircase arrangements.

Application for a variation to condition 22 to amend the opening hours of the Clubhouse and associated gym under permission 10/01078/FUL allowed on appeal to vary opening hours approved under parent permission 00/01547/FUL which was for a residential development and extensions to the existing Clubhouse.
