The parent permission being for a proposal under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 regarding the demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of one 3 storey block comprising 8 x 1 bed. apartments with ancillary parking and bin storage facilities approved under planning ref. 19/00866/FUL to allow external changes to increase the size of the dormers, terraces and depth of the building and improvements to the internal layouts of the apartments to increase the internal floorspace.
