Application for a non-material amendment to permission 19/00941/FULM to allow for the relocation of first floor windows, the parent permission being for the demolition of existing buildings, rebuilding of the existing Barn to provide 35 residential units (Use Class C3) as Affordable Homes (Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent) comprising 22 x 2 bed flats, 1 x 2 bed house, 7 x 3 bed houses and 5 x 4 bed houses and provision of car parking, cycle parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure.

Application under Section 73 (minor material amendment) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow for the installation of an addition handrail around the perimeter roof and alterations to fenestration and louvres and rainwater goods regarding the erection of a head house with associated landscaping including the provision of flood compensation areas, and the formation of a temporary construction access from Stadium Way approved under 19/01932/FULM.
