Non material amendment to allow use of warden's flat for age restricted accommodation by removing reference to warden in description of development and condition 5 of the historically approved application 86/01011/FUL which allowed the Proposed erection of a two storey block of 18 residential units for the elderly, plus warden's flat and communal facilities and new access road.
