Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 4 (opening times) to to allow for a further 12 months operation of the later opening hours of planning permission 22/01019/FUL the parent permission (09/00231/FUL) being for a variation of condition 4 of planning permission reference 96/01198/FUL dated 25.10.1996 for use of the premises for public house on ground and first floors, with alterations and extensions, which allowed for opening as follows: i) on Mondays to Thursdays from 9am to 11 pm, ii) on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 11.30 pm, iii) on Sundays 9am to 10.30 pm.
