Application to vary condition 8 (hot food) of permission 14/00939/FUL for a Proposal under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 regarding demolition of existing farm shop and associated buildings and erection of a farm shop/cafe incorporating cold store, dry store, staff room, kitchen and toilets to allow alterations to rear addition and internal alterations to allow hot food to be sold and/or provided from the café or shop for consumption off the premises, either by take-way or by delivery service for a limited time to 1 April 2022 or the expiry of temporary Class DA, Part 4, Schedule 2 Permitted Development Rights, whichever comes first.
