Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) for alterations to the fenestration and the construction of balconies of planning permission Ref: 22/01329/FUL for the Proposal under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 regarding the upwards extension of 2 storeys to provide 15 residential flats (C3) above the existing building and will be increasing by 6.5m in height above the highest part of the roof of the existing building approved on 21/03836/PRIORC to allow alterations to the materiality and fenestration along with a lift to the rear of the approved development.

Application for a minor material amendment to allow the removal of Condition 19 (Provision of gates) and Condition 21 (Protection of Highway) to parent permission 15/02825/FUL. The parent permission being for: Re-development of site to create 9 residential units comprising alterations, partial demolition and extension to existing building to provide 1 x 1 bed and 5 x 2 bed self-contained flats and erection of 3 x 3 bed terraced town houses with associated access, seven parking spaces, landscaping and associated works.
