The parent permission under ref 21/01010/FUL for a part one/part two storey rear extension incorporating the formation of side dormer windows in roofline and alterations to the existing building to provide 1 x flat and 2 x houses.

Proposal under section 73 for the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 19 (Materials and finishes) and 21 (Building Regulations Optional Requirement Approved Document) of permission 20/00311/FUL to allow for amended plans to revise the location of the rooflights and to change some window materials. The parent permission being for the conversion of public house and erection of a part one/part two/part three storey rear extension, including raising the original roof height and addition of a rear dormer extension and 5 rooflights to provide 3 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed self-contained flats and 3 x 3 bed terraced townhouses, provision of 9 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling, cycle storage and associated landscaping (as amended under ref 21/03837/FUL).

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 8 (Accessibility) request that the wording be amended to state: Unit 1 hereby approved shall comply with Building Regulations Optional Requirement Approved Document M4 (2) Category 2: Accessible and adaptable dwellings (2015 edition) of planning permission Ref: 22/02774/FUL for the subdivision, alterations and extensions to the existing dwelling to provide 4 residential units comprising 2 x 1 bed, 1 x 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed flats.
