Provision of green sedum roof covering on existing flat roof extension at no. 78 with fenestration changes. Alterations to rear walkway and external staircase arrangements.

Demolition of detached garage and construction of a single storey outbuilding ancillary to main dwelling.

Application for a minor material amendment to provide for the ground floor windows to be non-obscured and for the first floor windows to be opening on the side elevation to parent permission 18/02106/FUL. The parent permission being for a single storey rear extension and raised terrace area, side and front extensions, alterations to roofline incorporating four dormer windows to provide rooms in roofspace (currently under construction).
