Application to approve details of condition 3 (Materials), 4 (Construction Management Plan) and 5 (Drainage) pursuant to application 22/00646/FUL for application for a minor material amendment to permission 21/01010/FUL to allow for the formation of 2 x 1B / 2P flats in place of a 3B / 5P house. The parent permission under ref 21/01010/FUL for a part one/part two storey rear extension incorporating the formation of side dormer windows in roofline and alterations to the existing building to provide 1 x flat and 2 x houses.

Demolition of rear single and two storey outrigger, and construction of a part one, part two storey side and rear extension, together with addition of two dormer roof extensions and a rooflight to rear roof slope, replacement of roof tiles, replacement of all windows with sash windows, and changes to side fenestration to include one additional door to east side of house.

Application for a minor material amendment to provide for the ground floor windows to be non-obscured and for the first floor windows to be opening on the side elevation to parent permission 18/02106/FUL. The parent permission being for a single storey rear extension and raised terrace area, side and front extensions, alterations to roofline incorporating four dormer windows to provide rooms in roofspace (currently under construction).
