The parent permission being for the conversion of public house and erection of a part one/part two/part three storey rear extension, including raising the original roof height and addition of a rear dormer extension and 5 rooflights to provide 3 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed self-contained flats and 3 x 3 bed terraced townhouses, provision of 9 car parking spaces, refuse and recycling, cycle storage and associated landscaping (as amended under ref 21/03837/FUL).
