The floorspace at the application site can be used for any purpose within Use Class E, Part A, Schedule 2, Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020, with the following exceptions shown on Drawing No: AL(01) 1233 Revision P1: 1. Unit 34 can only be used as a 'learning centre' within Use Class F. 1 outlined in red; 2. Unit 78-79 can be used for as a cafe/restaurant/takeaway outlined in blue; and 3. Unit 97 can only be used as a 'restaurant' within Use Class E(b) outlined in green.
