T1 Oak in the front garden close to the right hand boundary (20m in height x 6m crown spread) - Reduce in height by approximately 2m. Reduce lateral branches overhanging the garage by approximately 3m.

T1 Betula pendula (Silver birch) on rear right boundary - Reduce in height by approximately 1.5m from 12m down to 10.5m and average radial spread by approximately 1.5m from 8.5m to 7m. Remove major deadwood. T2 Sorbus aucuparia (Rowan) on rear left boundary - Reduce in height by approximately 1m from 7m down to 6m and average radial spread by 1m from 4.5m to 3.5m. T3 Eucalyptus globulus (Tasmanian blue gum) on rear right boundary - Reduce in height by approximately 1.5m from 7m down to 5.5m. T4 Betula pendula (Silver birch) in front garden - Prune to provide the telephone wires with .5m clearance, all pruning cuts to be limited to smaller secondary branches.

T2 Taxus baccata (English Yew) on rear right boundary - Reduce clients side back to provide a minimum of 1.5m clearance from the building. T3 Acer pseudoplatanus (European Sycamore) in rear garden, adjacent to T2 - Cut back the low to mid crown from the building to provide a 2m clearance, removing no more than 1.5m from 3m to 1.5m.

T1 Lime on front boundary - Reduce the overall height by 1m to below previous reduction points (approximately 5m in overall height) and all side (radial) laterals back to original pollard points, maintaining where possible a natural shape. Remove major deadwood, trunk growth and cut back secondary growth touching the building back to main scaffolds where possible. T2 Pittosporum Tenuifolium on front boundary - Reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 3m, cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible. Crown lift the lower canopy to approximately 2m above ground level overhanging the public pathway.

T1 Morus nigra (Black mulberry) on rear right boundary - Sensitively reduce in height and average radial spread by approximately 1m from 9m down to 8m and average radial spread by 1.5m from 8m to 6.5m. Raise low crown to provide 2m clearance from ground level. Remove major deadwood. T2 Tilia cordata (Small leaved lime) on rear right boundary adjacent to T1 - Dismantle in sections to as close to ground level.
