Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning application ref: 20/03409/FULL1 (granted on appeal to demolish existing bungalow in disuse and erect three bedroom detached house) to allow changes to materials, elevational alterations, front solar panels and the addition of front and rear rooflights.

Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of five bedroom two storey replacement dwelling with accommodation at roof level including front and rear dormers, attached double garage with roof level accommodation to side, attached single storey pool house with pump room and raised terrace at rear. Alterations to existing access, formation of wider vehicular access to provide in/out driveway, construction of front boundary wall with sliding gates and installation of 1.8m high fencing to side boundary.

Proposed new floor with new raised roof converting bungalow into house and elevational alterations
