Yew 2 no. trees on western boundary, adjacent to conservatory - Reduce crowns by approximately 1m and trim climbing plants, removing from upper crowns of both trees. T2 Dogwood on eastern boundary of rear garden, adjacent to outbuilding - Prune western side of crown by approximately 1m. reducing to appropriate side branches and providing a minimum of 1m clearance from wall and roof of building. T3 Sycamore on northern boundary, adjacent to lawn - Reduce crown by approximately 2m, leaving a balanced shape. T4 Small English Oak to east of Sycamore - Lightly reduce crown by approximately 1m, to tidy crown form. T5 English Oak adjacent to Sycamore (item 3), to west - Reduce southern side of crown overhanging lawn by 1.5-2m, cutting to appropriate side branches and growth points. Lightly reduce top by approximately 1m, to balance shape. T6 Scots Pine to north of driveway - Remove small, lowest branch hanging down above Holm Oak - Reduce southern side of crown by 1-1.5m, taking care to cut to appropriate growth points/side branches. Lightly reduce top, to balance shape. T7 Beech - Prune small, lower eastern branch protruding from canopy back into line with other branches.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning application reference 20/04579/FULL6 approved for demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a part single storey/part two storey rear extension. Conversion of garage to living room with single storey link extension connecting to newly built dining/sitting room. Enlargement of existing patio and increase height of existing boundary brick wall between No.21 and No.19 Whitecroft Way to vary the approved plans to allow for a single storey rear extension with new skylight roof lantern, two new doors in the link extension and two windows to the kitchen.
