Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of the planning permission 18/00204/FULL6 (as amended under ref 18/00204/RECON and 18/00204/RECON1) for a two storey side extension, remodelling of the front and rear elevations and recladding of the existing dwelling to allow insertion of two obscure glazed, top opening windows, at first floor level of the south facing side elevation

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of the planning permission 18/00204/FULL6 (as amended under ref 18/00204/RECON) for a two storey side extension, remodelling of the front and rear elevations and recladding of the existing dwelling to allow insertion of windows towards the rear of the proposed extension at the south western corner; replacement of the proposed garage doors with a window and alteration of and use of garage as an internal room.
