Non-material amendment to planning ref: 17/01955/FULL1 (allowed on appeal under reference APP/G5180/W/17/3186752 for the re-development of the site comprising the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 two storey buildings with basements and accommodation in roof space, each comprising 3 no. two bedroom flats (6 flats in total) including formation of lightwells, associated landscaping, cycle and car parking and formation of vehicular access) in order to remove the railings and gates along the southern and eastern boundaries of the site, to augment the hedgerow along these boundaries with planting and allow the installation of raised planters to either side of the site entrances, each containing a feature tree.

1G Yew and Magnolia group - Trim all over maintaining shape and form. Trim back side over public footpath as hard as possible whilst maintaining green foliage throughout. 2G Yew and Beech hedge - Trim front face and on-site sides maintaining shape and form. Trim back side facing house as hard as possible whilst maintaining green foliage throughout. 4G 2x small Cherry - Reduce crowns all over back to previous pruning points. 5G 2x Silver Birch - Reduce crowns all over back to previous pruning points. 6G 2x Lawson Cypress - Trim top and front (west) sides facing house ONLY maintaining shape and form. Leaving north and south sides as client wishes to increase width of screen between dwellings. 7T 1x Wild Cherry - Reduce crown all over back to previous pruning points. 8G Lawson Cypress hedge - Trim top and on-site sides only maintaining shape and form. Trim back upper front face as hard as possible whilst maintaining green foliage throughout. 9T Lawson Cypress 'Elwoodii' - Remove tree to near ground level leaving stump.

Oak T1 - Crown lift to provide 5m ground clearance and reduce away from dwelling to allow 4m offset. SUBJECT TO TPO 1572 (22.3.1999)
