Variation of conditions 2, 3, 4 and 5 of planning permission reference18/03692/FULL6 dated 10 October 2018 (for the Proposed development of two excavated pools, hot tub, together with raised decking. Erection of a detached/two storey outbuilding (basement and ground floor levels). Extension to existing terrace and associated landscape works with new boundary treatments) to amend the approved drawings, to allow for the external materials, the hard and soft landscaping, boundary enclosures and pool plant equipment to be carried out in accordance with the details submitted in this application.

Amendment to planning ref 19/02465/FULL1: 1) A site survey has confirmed the site boundary is shorter than the planning consented plan. The dimension should be 23007mm (not 27976mm). Around 4969mm shorter. 2) On the ground floor, the proposed shop extension will be 4969mm shorter. 3) On the first floor, the proposed green roof space will be 4969mm shorter whilst the proposed residential build remain the same as per previous consented drawing.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 of planning permission ref. 18/00237/FULL6 granted for demolition of existing garage and construction of a two storey rear extension, single storey front/side and rear extensions and front porch and new front boundary wall and entrance gates to allow for the retention of part of the existing rear garage to form an outbuilding and associated reduction in width and depth of the rear extension
