Variation of condition 2 of permission 20/01025/FULL6 (granted for minor material amendment to permission granted under reference 19/04977/FULL6 for conversion of existing garage, first floor front/side and rear extensions, loft conversion incorporating an increase in roof height, elevational alterations and addition of attached garage (amendment to allow altered materials, removal of side windows, widening of eastern flank wall over two storeys and single storey front extension to the west side of the front elevation) to allow further amendments to the approved scheme comprising: construction of crown roof to garage, provision of obscure glazed additional window to eastern flank elevation at first floor level, enlargement of rear garden doors, installation of 4 no. rear rooflights, omission of 2 no. windows to the eastern flank elevation at ground floor level and substitution of window materials

Demolition of existing rear extension. Construction of a single storey rear extension with rooflights, roof alterations including enlarged rear dormer flush with the rear wall, fenestration alterations, and alterations to front drive to include new vehicle access/crossover, removal of tree and associated landscaping.
