Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Conditions 2 pursuant to permission ref. 19/03757/FULL1 (Appeal Ref: APP/G5180/W/19/3243680) for the change of use of existing building used as HMO (Use Class C4) and derelict doctors surgery consultation room (Use Class D1) to residential (Use Class C3) and part one/two storey side and rear extensions and roof extension to provide 5 x 1 bed units and 1 x two bed unit (Nos. 218-218A), to reduce the length of the rear gardens, with erection of associated new close boarded fence.
